Everyone started out on their WordPress journey with thousands of questions at some point.<\/p>\n
Don’t hesitate to approach our friendly team – they’ve all been there themselves!<\/p>\n
Don’t keep the awesomeness to yourself! If you hear someone talking about a WordPress challenge, bring them over\u00a0to\u00a0the Happiness Bar.<\/p>\n
We’re open to chatting about every problem. But sometimes the answers to your WordPress problems can get a little complicated.<\/p>\n
If\u00a0extensive coding\u00a0is needed, we may not\u00a0have time to fix everything\u00a0on the day. But don’t worry, we\u2019ll point you in the right direction.<\/p>\n
It’s easier to solve an issue if we can see it.\u00a0So it helps if you can show us what’s happening\u00a0on your smartphone, laptop, or tablet.<\/p>\n
If you\u2019d rather leave your device at home, we\u2019ll have paper and pens ready\u00a0to sketch out your problems.<\/p>\n
We’ll do our best, but there could be some questions we can’t answer on the day.<\/p>\n
Even\u00a0if we don’t have an\u00a0answer, it’s likely we’ll know someone who\u00a0does. If this happens, we’ll point you to the people who can help out.<\/p>\n
